| Once your mobile is registered with us we will allocate you an 0800 number which you will use to access our service. To make a call using our service: - Dial the 0800 number. You will hear a secondary dial tone. - Now dial the destination number. It really is that simple! |
| How does it work? |
| When you dial your 0800 access number you hear a secondary dial tone, you are now connected over CT high quality carrier network, therefore your mobile phone provider only handles the connection from you to our network. All 0800 numbers are free to call, therefore any calls made to your 0800 access number are free of charge. This means, for example, a national call will cost just 3.4 pence/minute peak and 2.4 pence/minute off peak. To use the CT Mobile service you must also open a CT Business or Residential Dial account. |
| Call duration is measured in minutes and
seconds, rounded to the nearest second. Call charges are rounded to the nearest tenth of a penny and are exclusive of VAT. Minimum call charge of just 1.0 pence (BT Standard 4.2p). Monthly full itemised billing. No joining fees or periodic payments. Payment discount (2%) scheme for customers using Direct Debit to settle their account. Calls made utilising our carrier network and your existing BT/Cable lines. Simply prefix each call with our access code to route via Connaught Telecom. Mobile numbers ported to another operator will be rated at the original mobile operators tariff. Prices quoted are in pence per minute and subject to periodical amendment. |
