Information Supplied

• Information concerning any parties or goods is supplied by the parties. The said parties are responsible for the accuracy of such information. BullNet will not amend such information.
• BullNet disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or reliability of information about products, buyers or sellers located on the pages of this Auction site.
• Information contained about goods contained in pages and throughout the site is submitted by those offering to sell and the accuracy of such is not warranted by BullNet.
• It is the responsibility of any person considering any purchase or sale to establish for themselves that the information supplied by the other party at this site is to their satisfaction.

Authenticated Suppliers.

• Where BullNet can verify for the authenticity of the party it will state so on the bidding form. E.G. If we are the seller of the goods or we have established a relationship with an accredited company or organization we will state this.

Undertakings

• You recognize and agree that BullNet is acting purely as a database of information and facilitating the exchange of that information and that BullNet will not be part of any contract you into with any other party.
• You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy or sell an item. If you are not then you must not use this service.
• You agree that any information you supply about goods you offer for sale such as description, picture links and web links pertain to and only to the specific items being sold.
• You agree that any information you supply about yourself such as name, address, personal details and web link pertain to and only to yourself or your company where you are selling as that company.
• You agree as a seller not to offer for sale any items which infringe copyright law, are illegal, or contravene any other law or trading rights or where you do not have legal entitlement to transfer the ownership of the goods.
• You undertake not to manipulate any complaints system in place for your own benefit or to the detriment of others.
• You undertake not to manipulate the bidding system by bidding for your own items or by having third parties do this on your behalf.
• As a bidder should you win an auction you are obligated to complete the transaction. You are only entitled to withdraw should the seller not contact you within three days or if the description of the goods is found to be inaccurate.
• As a seller should your item be sold in an auction you are obligated to complete the transaction. You are only entitled to withdraw should the buyer not reply to your contact you within three days or the buyer fails to supply verifiable payment details.
• You undertake to comply with all applicable laws in your use of this site.

Disclaimers

• BullNet will not be and cannot be a party to any contract between parties submitting data to this site.
• BullNet as an uninvolved party will not get involved with any disputes, claims, damages, or disagreements of any kind between the parties.
• Suitability of all items being sold is the responsibility of the individual or parties concerned in the transaction.
• Escrow services should be used where parties are concerned about any transaction.

Arbitrary Powers

• BullNet reserves the right to remove any items which is not pertaining to the intent of this site as a venue for selling goods.
• BullNet reserves the right to remove any items which it deems to be illegal, immoral, offensive or inappropriate.
• BullNet reserves the right to remove any subscribers which it deems to have broken any of the above rules, or who are taking action outwith the spirit of this site.

Disclosure of Information

• You agree to let BullNet display such information as you supply, apart from financial details, to anyone interested in bidding for any items you supply.
• BullNet will not disclose any information about bidders unless they win an auction when this will be supplied to the seller.
• You agree to let BullNet disclose personal information about you where they have complaints logged against you.

Liability

• BullNet will not be liable to any buyer, seller or third party or their representative for any loss, damage, consequential loss, loss of profits or business through arising out of the use of this or in connection with this auction, either by yourself or any other subscriber.
• BullNet's liability to you or any other party will be no more than
  1. The amount of fees paid to us by you in the preceeding 12 months.
  2. Or 50 pounds sterling.
• BullNet do not warrant the description of goods, the suitability of purpose or condition of any goods supplied by subscribers.
• BullNet will not be liable for any failure of completion at the finish of an auction.
